Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a condition related to brain development that affects the way a person perceives and socializes with their environment, sometimes making social interaction and communication difficult. The disorder also includes restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior.
ASD includes autism, asperger syndrome, childhood disintegrative disorder, and an unspecified form of pervasive developmental disorder.
The symptoms begin to be noticeable during the first two (2) years of childhood.
Upon receiving the diagnosis it’s possible to promptly begin intensive treatment with ABA Therapy, in order to reduce the symptoms, promote development and enhance the discovery and evolution of the child’s abilities.

ABA is the scientific discipline that since the 1960s, experts have considered the gold standard for the treatment of autism. It’s concerned with the application of fundamental principles of learning to effectively change socially significant observable behaviors (Baer, Wolf, & Risley, 1968).
This evidence-based and non-invasive treatment plan allows children of all ages to increase positive behaviors, social relationships, and communication to through play therapy, while addressing children’s challenging behaviors and learning deficits.
At SuperKids, we have achieved great things through ABA
We focus on social, academic, language, behavioral, motor and self-care skills, designing and applying an individualized treatment plan through our ABA intervention services, which are adapted to the specific needs of each Superkiddo.
Over the years, we have seen our Kiddos acquire and develop necessary life skills:
• Social Skills: They allow children to understand how to communicate effectively and get along with others, so they can make friends, communicate with family and teachers, or one day, look for a job. These skills allow them to interact with the real world.
• Motor Skills: we apply ABA therapy with realistic objectives and dividing activities into small steps (for example, if we want the child to learn to write their name, we start by teaching them to hold a pencil) and use repetition to help them get.
Strengthening their motor skills makes their lives much easier.
• Pre Academic Skills: we prepare our Kiddos to get ready for school.
Children need to work on the ability to wait for instructions or preferred activities, remain seated, pay attention, stay on task when working, follow verbal instructions, and the ability to make transitions easily.
To help them acquire these skills, we have our School Readiness Program (SRP) aimed at preparing our preschool children between 3 and 6 years old with the foundation for a successful transition to a traditional classroom environment.
ABA therapy gives your child the keys to controlling how they experiences and reacts to the world around them.
