Super Kids is offering a comprehensive Internship Program designed to gain valuable knowledge, insight, and experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field.

• What does the program include?
The internship includes the RBT Online Training Course (40hrs course), practice experience at the center, the Attestation Form and the Competence Assessment Evaluation to sit for the Board examination.
• How do I enroll in the internship program?
First, you have to apply by filling out the form below and submiting the required paperwork there. That includes your Resume, Driver’s License, Higher Diploma (e.g. high school) and a Level II Background Check.
Then, the HR Department will schedule an interview with you.
Once we receive and approve all supporting requested documents, you will be ready to begin your path to discovery the ABA field.
• How long does it take to finish the program?
The internship can take a minimum of 2 weeks and up to a maximum of 12 weeks!!! to complete.
The time depends on how long it takes for the intern to complete the 40 hrs. course and to grasp the competence to pass the assessment.
• How much does it cost?
All of this for only $500!
In the case you already have the 40 hours course training, we only charge $400 for the practice experience and competence evaluation for the board.

Internship Preparation for RBT
Our Super Kids Internship Program mission is to build the capacity of specialty behavioral health providers in underserved communities.
The purpose of SK Registered Behavior Technician Internship program is to develop Interns’ behavior-analytic, professional, and ethical repertoires.
Super Kids internship program follows all guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

The program has a minimum duration of 2 weeks. After completion, the intern will be evaluated using RBT Competency Assessment.
Super Kids qualification to enroll in the Internship Program:
- High School Diploma
- 18 years of age or older
- No experience necessary
- Need to pass In-person / Zoom interview
- Background Check
- Sign Confidentiality Agreement before enrolling
Initial Competency Assessment
Prospect RBT enrolled in our internship program will be eligible to receive a competency assessment by a BCBA.
Once past this assessment, the RBT will be ready to sit for the Registered Behavior Technician exam, which is given at a Pearson Vue Testing Center.
Individuals who successfully complete all requirements and receive their RBT Certification will be eligible for hire by Super Kids Center Family.

RBT Renewal Competency Assessment
Competency assessment is required by the BACB every year to renew your RBT certification.
This service is intended for seasoned RBTs who have already certified in the past and are looking to renew their certification.
The Renewal Competency Assessment will be administered by a BCBA or BCaBA.
Please note that this is a standalone service and does not include ongoing supervision. It should only be requesting when renewing your RBT certification.
