Her personality is one of her strengths, she says: “may sound silly, but I believe that because I have such an easygoing personality, people are always able to feel comfortable with me no matter what, making it easier to ask for help when needed or when they simply need to express themselves.”

“I became an RBT because I’d always wanted to work with children but didn’t want to be a teacher. I figured why not, and it turned out to be the best decision I’d ever made and my motivation is knowing how impactful my job is keeps me going everyday”

“Before I became and RBT I was a teacher Assistant and one of my fellow co-workers introduced me to the world of ABA. I am motivated by the support of my loved ones, friends, co-workers, clients, parents!”
